At first, I didn't understand how it works. You need to read the user manual because when plugged in, it doesn't work. You have to charge it first, then press and hold for 2 seconds to turn it on.
This is my third one, or rather our family's. We bought one for each grandmother and one for ourselves. It's a very good practical item in the family. Thank you for the packaging; it's the best packaging. The first massager came with a broken strap. I'll tell everyone it's a very comfortable massager. I recommend it.
Reset my product at first it did not work then for some reason add the blue it worked i am happy with it now holy recommended
